TRANSWEDE VA
(TQ/TQA) has been completely refurbished and modernised in end of 2009, for
one type fleet opening on 1st Jan 2010, but we started flying already in
1998.
TQ/TQA operates from it´s main operational center at Stockholm-Arlanda
(ESSA/ARN). TRANSWEDE VA is an affiliate of NORDIC AIR GROUP of Finland,
expanding it´s services around the globe. We fly with seven Boeing 737-700's
(now all FS2004/FSX) from Stockholm on regular classic services in Sweden,
one "Transsweden" route, and on international routes to London
(from Stockholm and Gothenburg) and Edinburgh (from Stockholm). The Swedish routes
except the new "Transweden" are operated like once, but services to
Halmstad and Jönköping have been withdrawn, and Umeå has less flights,
because of NOR's Linjeflyg VF serving these destinations. In addition we have
added several new European destinations both to city and leisure destinations.
Transwedes other activities are ACMI and dry lease of aircrafts.
Our fleet consists of 7 ex. of Boeing 737-700, and 12 MD-83 (leased out), two
MD-87 (stored), three B737-300 and four B737-200 all leased out, six Fokker
F-100 (leased out/stored), three SE-210 Caravelle 10R (two leased out, one
stored).
