HOW TO REGISTER!

Dear CEO of a VA, You read the four pargraphs on the main page. We at WVAR would Thank You for Your attention, and would like to tell You now the registration procedure, and the Register Rules (RR). Also we would once like still to remind You of the benefit in addition to the publicity recieved to Your site, the fact that by registering here Your ownership, name, brand, logo can not be claimed by any other Virtual Airline.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register Your Virtual Airline:
1) Send an e-mail as an application form with hereunder mentioned information to the e-mail adress You can see in the menu-bar of this site.
2) The contents of an apllication shall be:
2.1) Name of Virtual Airline,
2.2) Used two and/or three letter designators,
2.3) Complete URL,
2.4) Logo as attachment (jpg or gif files only!),
2.5) Number of aircrafts for download (requested),
2.6) Timetables/Schedules available (requested),
2.7) Fleet use of aircraft available (yes/no),
2.8) Training and/or manuals for download available,
(yes/no)
2.9) Indication on how often site is updated,
2.10) Name of owner and/or CEO if different,
2.11) E-mail address of pevious or how to contact.
3) Place the banner hereunder on the FRONT PAGE of Your VA´site.
4) We will take contact in one week latest from application is recieved. When the applicant get´s a positive decision from the WVAR directors the regsitration is valid.

REGISTER RULES (RR)

1) After application is recieved to the register, a registrar will check the site, and that it meets the chirterias to be registered in the register. If paragraphs 2.5) to 2.9) and 3) are not met the application will be void.
2) If the WVAR logo disappears from the main page, the registration is cancelled.
3) The VA site is peridocially checked by WVAR staff. If not periodical updates are done, and mentioned paragraphs not met, the registration will be cancelled.
4) The CEO should mail WVAR each 60 days that the VA is working and update possible data.
5) Fake regsitrations or attempts to copy existing regitered VA´s will be notified on the WVAR news page.
6) WVAR is not legally responsible to the VA´s of copyright or other legal disputes, only unofficial copyright advices are given in such cases.
7) News posted to the VA-NEWS page are checked to be appropriate by the registrars.
8) World Virtual Airline Register is not liable for any damages non-published news might cause and all other "Common sense clausuls" of and the european legislation applies in any question of liablility. The laws of Finland applies pro primo.

NOTE CONCERNING NAMES

We at WVAR believe that many VA's with similar name can be quite confusing to interested persons and/or Pilots, so if you are planning to start up a new VA, we recommend that you first go through our allready registered VA's, and if the name you want to use for your VA, is similar to an allready registered one, we suggest that you use another name in order to more clearly distinguish your VA from the one allready registered.
